Rich Icons not syncing [Custom icons are not supported yet]
When I upload new rich icons via browser, they do not sync with the Windows App. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the confusion! You did the right thing by contacting us.
We have added Rich Icons support to 1Password 6 recently. However, custom icons that you add yourself are different. Since you mentioned adding the icons yourself, I think you are referring to custom icons, not rich ones. The 1Password 6 Windows desktop app does not yet support these, but it's something we'll be adding in a future update now that we've added Rich Icons.
