lost passwords

Tried to sign in tonight. Message to update software which I did. Then could not sign in. Reinstalled. Now received message that subscription expired which made no sense but since I was desperate, paid for one year subscription. Signed in - seems it is a new account as all passwords and sign ins no longer exist. This was all done on pc. However, in Ipad and I phone, still have all sign ins and passwords. Need to make sure these don't disappear and get all back in my pc. Help please

    Hi @glj1952,

Thank you for taking time to contact us! I am sorry to hear you bumped into such troubles with 1Password. We are here to help.

It sounds like you have been using a local vault in 1Password on your devices (iPhone, iPad, PC), but then you created a 1Password account and downloaded 1Password 6 on your PC. My hunch can be totally off the mark here, so we need to understand your current setup before we proceed.

In order to do that, I'd like to ask you to create two Diagnostics Reports: from your PC, where you see no data, and from your iPhone, where you have all of your data. Here is how:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (Windows)

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

Attach the Diagnostics Reports to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostic Reports in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.

You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Suapport ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)

Thank you very much in advance! I will be looking forward to your email.

    Cheers,
    Greg
