Surface Pro 4 Fingerprint

Hi community

My question for you today might be a little bit tricky. I am interested in buying a new notebook for my university career and I will probably buy a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 or the newer Pro series with the newer Intel processor.
Anyway before I spend 160 bucks on the keyboard with the fingerprint reader I was wondering if 1Password supports Fingerprint authentication via the external keyboard https://microsoft.com/en-us/surface/accessories/surface-pro-4-type-cover-with-fingerprint-reader.
I use so many different web-logins and it would be great to use my bio metric information to unlock my vault with all my passwords

Windows Hello with fingerprint reader support is something we'd like as well, but it requires a Windows Store app. We are working on an UWP (Universal Windows Platform) app right now, but I don't have any timeframes for when that will be ready or when we will have a fingerprint unlock in 1Password on Windows. I hope for your understanding.

I'll wait buying the accessory till 1Password (btw. the best vault for passwords) officially supports the fingerprint reader on the surface pro.
