Chrome extension doesn't seem to be able to see my vaults
This is a brand new installation of Windows 10 Pro.
I have installed the extension on Firefox and Internet Explorer with no problems.
The Chrome extension does work as expected on another Windows 10 Pro installation on a different computer.
This is a VMware virtual machine.
There is no anti-virus or firewall other than Windows Defender which. Turning it off does not solve the problem.
I will be grateful for any ideas that you might provide.
The problem that I have is illustrated in the attached image.
1Password Version: 4.6.2.624
Extension Version: 4.6.7.90
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro
Sync Type: Dropbox

Hi @grumpy21,
Thanks for writing in.
The screenshot is showing 1Password mini from 1Password 6 in your browser while you have 1Password 4 behind the browser.
Do you have 1Password.com account? If not, uninstall 1Password 6 first and then restart your browser, it should connect to 1Password 4's Helper instead.

Thanks MIke, I had forgotten that I downloaded the wrong version first. That's what happens when you get old. I knew that the 1Password mini did not look like the one that I was used to and assumed it was from version 6 but I never thought to uninstall my original mistake.
Thanks again, it's working as I expected now.
