Stand Alone 1Password for Windows 4 Does Not See DropBox Keychain

Hi!

I've been a loyal 1Password user for years and have purchased stand alone versions for my Mac, iPhone and work PC.

I'm an Apple guy and seem to know my way around 1Password on Apple products. I used 1Password 4 for Windows at work for a few years until leaving the company last September. It synced flawlessly between all three platforms for those years. I recently loaded Windows 10 onto my Mac via Boot Camp and am trying to get 1Password to sync. HOWEVER, the 1Password 4 for Windows can not seem to find the universal 1Password keychain in DropBox. It is working. I can build a new keychain, but I would prefer to be able to sync between all the platforms like I did before.

UPDATE: When I went to the "About 1Password" screen to get the version number, it says that I have a demo version. When I enter the license key that AgileBits sent to me a couple of days ago, I get an error message saying that the key is invalid. This may be the root of the problem.

    @Krofchik: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! It sounds like you may be using the wrong license key. For example, one for 1Password for Mac, or a different Windows version, wouldn't work there.

    Regarding Dropbox, can you tell me exactly what you're selecting there? On Windows, an OPVault or AgileKeychain vault looks like a folder, so you'd need to open that in 1Password.

    I tried entering the key that was sent to me but it does not seem to work.

    When I point the demo PC version to DropBox, it doesn't seem to recognize the keychain there. Does it have anything to do with the 20 login limit of the demo?
