1Password mini problems with multiscreen
I have three screens, one is a 4K, and the others are 1080p. When I try open 1Password mini in 1080p, I get a black screen.
The only way to use it is by dragging the small screen to 4K and select the appropriate. This problem is with Firefox and Chrome (all up to date when writing this post).
Is this a known issue or is it only me?

Hello @akshaybabloo,
Thank you for reaching out and using 1Password!
Are you seeing the same black screen when you open the main 1Password app, not mini, on your 1080p monitor? Also, are you using Duet Display or similar apps to work with your monitors? Please let us know, as we had reports that it can affect 1Password.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,

Hi Greg,
Yes, actually sometimes it does go black. No, I am not using any app.

Hi @akshaybabloo,
We've seen this before when there's a third party tool installed that manages your graphic drivers like Afterburner, RivaTurner, and so on. Do you have anything like that?

Nope. Just the stock Nvidia drivers with some Cuda drivers. That's it.

Hello @akshaybabloo,
Thank you for getting back to us!
1Password is a WPF/C#/.NET app, so it will be affected by any issues that affects .NET/WPF on a deeper level. WPF does depend on the graphics subsystem, so graphic drivers can definitely cause something to go wrong. Could you please share some additional info about your system, so we could take a closer look? Here is how you can collect the info.
Attach the sysinfo file to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.
Please do not post it anywhere in the public forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.
You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Suapport ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :) Thank you!
Cheers,
