Missing pictures / icons / images for vaults

Dear 1Password team,

I am using 1Password on a Windows 7 laptop in the newest available version and I have an issue there for some time now (so also in earlier versions for Windows). Only one of my three vaults has a picture there, but in the web app I gave every vault a picture - and on OS X and iOS these pictures are shown like expected. Only the Windows version shows only one of the pictures. Do you know why and how to solve this? Thank you for your support!

Hi @kieselit,

Thanks for reporting this. Custom team avatars are not implemented yet in 1Password 6 for Windows but the vault avatars are.

That is a weird issue. Do you recall when you've added these avatars or if you've tried re-adding them to see if it makes any difference?

thank you for your fast answer to this. Yes, it's weird, but as is does not harm the functionality of the app, I let some time pass until I reported the issue to you. So I think I added these avatars quite some time, at least a few months ago. I have just set some different pictures as avatars and now all avatars are gone in the Windows app, so all vaults are shown with the 1Password logo. In the iOS app all three new pictures are showing as avatars like expected. Please let me know if I can help you with more tests or information. Thank you!

By the way I tried reinstalling the app earlier, but unfortunately that did not help.

@kieselit: The issue is that if you'd made this change to the account after adding it to 1Password, it may not be pulling the new image without re-authenticating. And reinstalling the app won't do that since the local data is the same. I'll see if I can reproduce that here. In the mean time, if you have all of your data in your account at 1Password.com you could re-sign in to it in the app and that may pull the new image.

@brenty: Thank you! Interesting. I should have mentioned that I tried to delete all local 1Password data following the instructions here: https://support.1password.com/uninstall-1password/ .. and that this did not help. But after changing the pictures online, I have just signed out and signed in again in the app and this has brought the pictures to all three vaults!
Now I only have to try to change the pictures again to the ones I want and check if these are reflected in the Windows app as well. Thank you for your help! :)
