1password won't completely uninstall so I can't reinstall

in 1Password 4 for Windows

My 1password quit opening on my Lenovo. I uninstalled so I could reinstall hoping that would fix it except it won't completely uninstall. The file agilebits.onepassword.desktop.exe refuses to uninstall no matter what I try. This is keeping me from being able to reinstall on my computer. Any ideas? I need to get this back up and running

    Hi @natashap,

    Thanks for writing in. I apologize about this issue, do you have an anti-malware solution like MalwareBytes or McAfee running?

    If yes, try to reboot, disable the anti-malware solution temporarily (disconnect the Internet temporarily to protect yourself) and re-install 1Password, it should then work.
