Regarding 1Password 6 and the Firefox extension, what is the recommended setting for native messaging? By default native messaging was turned off and "enable WebSockets" was checked. If I enable native messaging for the Firefox extension should I then disable "enable WebSockets"? Not very clear on what the recommended settings are here.

1Password Version: 6.7.454
Extension Version: 4.6.8
OS Version: Windows 10
Sync Type: 1Password.com

    Hi there @btownguy,

Thank you for reaching out! :+1:

1Password extension for Firefox that is multiprocess compatible and supports Native Messaging is not out yet. It is still in beta, see this reply from Jamie.

The current version of the extension uses Websocket, so you will need it to be enabled in the Settings if you want extension to work in Firefox. If you are interested in trying out beta-version of the extension, please try to install it and let us know how it goes.

I hope it helps and answers your question. If it doesn't, please let me know. Thank you! :)

    Cheers,
    Greg
