how do I import data from v4 to v6 if no vault is showing in the drop down box on the import page?
I just purchased the personal plan version 6 for 3 bucks a month. I have 1Password v4 installed on my computer and I watched the video on how to import data from v4 to the new v6, however when I get to the point where I pick the folder where my OPVault lives (in my drop box) the next step is to pick the vault you want the data to import into, but there are NO vaults showing in that drop down so the import can not happen. Please help!

@gbellesorte: You'll need to navigate to the Dropbox folder on your computer in that file dialog and select your vault from there. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)

I was doing what you mentioned. I found out the issue was that I had previously downloaded v6 while my account was frozen. After I paid for the individual account, I uninstalled and reinstalled v6 and it is working now.

@gbellesorte: Ah, that makes sense. I'm sorry. Yeah, if your account was frozen it wouldn't be possible to import any data there. Had you been using it previously without importing any data?
