I just installed an update to 1Password 4, my extension for Chrome is not working now.
I can see the icon for the extension but it is grayed out. It doe show enabled. I removed it and reinstalled but no difference.

There's are a few issues that can cause problems with the extension. You can find a troubleshooting guide here with some initial steps to try. If that doesn't resolve your problem, I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your Windows PC:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to

I re-installed 1Password 4 and the extension. It is all working now.
