    Hi. I am having the same issue as well when trying to use the 1password plugin with firefox. I have tried downgrading the extension version 4.6.8. I am not technical enough to know what to do with the "Native Messaging in Firefox" and "Websocket" comments.

    Please help.

    @QKNoogen: This thread is a bit on the older side and some of these issues are things of a bygone era. If you're using 1Password 4 and the extension is disbaled, the first thing to check is whether Use Native Messaging protocol is checked in Help > Advanced. If it's not, enable this option, restart Firefox and give it another try. :chuffed:
