  • Currently using version 6.1.308 (on windows pc)
  • Trying to update (to 6.7.457)

    Hi @MitchF,

    Thanks for writing in.

    That's a known issue where you're using a very old build that didn't support the new installer we've added in 1Password 6.4. We've shipped a 6.3 update to everyone to support updating to 1Password 6.4 but not everyone got that update.

    To fix this, download and install 1Password 6.7 manually from here: https://1Password.com/downloads/
