Organizing folders empty (version 4.6.2.626) on Windows, fine in iPhone

in 1Password 4 for Windows

On the Windows version, all of the folders under "All" are empty. On my iPhone, they are all filled with various logins. Why aren't they there in the Windows version (they used to be) and how can I get them back?

    @RandyG: Can you tell me what folders you're referring to? Do you mean folders you've created yourself? If so, what vault format are you using, and where did you create and/or modify the folders? Thanks in advance!
