1Password won't start on Windows 10

in 1Password 4 for Windows

Hi,

Just installed 1Password on Windows 10 (6.7.457). The install looks like it works correctly, however, when I try to open nothing happens. Task manager shows nothing running.

I've uninstalled and re-installed several times but to no avail.

I am running windows on my mac in Parallels 13.

Grateful for any suggestions on how I can try and fix this.

    Could you please specify the exact version of Windows you have installed on your computer? Do you have all the latest updates installed? Please let us know.

    I am running Windows 10 Pro - version 1703.
    I have automatic updates so everything should be current.

    @doodle: If it's not starting up, it likely is crashing, so we'll need to take a look at why. Could you send a crash report over to support+windows@agilebits.com? Don't post the crash report here, just send it via e-mail and we'll continue the conversation there. If you let us know here when you send it (bonus points for including the support ID from our BitBot assistant), that'll help us find your e-mail quicker and make sure you get a prompt reply. :chuffed:
