1Password 4 (Windows 10) chrome extension is not working. :(

in 1Password 4 for Windows

My chrome extension has not been working for a while. I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall extension (with restarts of computer). Both extension and my 1Password4 are up to date. I am running Windows 10.

I have the IE extension installed and it is working fine.

The extension is not greyed out and it is clickable but doesn't open the 1Password drop down to select login/password items.
I have disabled chrome password manager option as well. I tried to uninstall google chrome but still no luck. I tried Mozilla to see if it works there but extension is not working there too.

Please advise.

    Hi @shaktibarath,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Please try this and let me know if it helps:

    1. Close your web browsers and 1Password
    2. Open Windows File Explorer and enter the following in the address bar: %LOCALAPPDATA%\AgileBits
    3. Move the OPX4.auth file to your desktop
    4. Restart 1Password, unlock and then open your browser, see if it works better now.
