Problem with synchronizing between PC and smartphone with WLAN.

I have an educational license. When I try to sync between PC and smartphone with WLAN (and secret code) I get the message: temporally no connection possible. Both devices are connected with same WLAN/Wifi. What can I do?

It has worked though for several years.
