Can't signin to Windows app with personal acct, currently using for business acc. Prsnl works on web
I can sign in fine with my personal account on the web and I was able to add it as a second account on my Android. When I try to do it on the Windows App (currently signed into business account) it says "Unable to sign in, Please check details provided and your network connection". All details are correct (work on both web and Android). Network is fine, it's my personal home network on my personal PC.

Hey @illjoshlli! I see you mentioned you're using 1Password 6.2.333 for Windows. That's an old enough version that you'll no longer be able to connect to the server and will need to update before you can sign in to the new account. OIder versions of 1Password for Windows will require an manual update.
First, we recommend you create a backup of your local database before updating as a precaution. To do so:
- Open the Start menu, type
%LOCALAPPDATA%\1Password
to find the app data folder and open it. - Copy the
data
folder to your desktop to create a backup.
Then, uninstall 1Password 6 from control panel and reinstall the latest version, 1Password 6.7.457, from here: https://1Password.com/downloads/
Once you updated, you should find you can sign in to the second account just fine, but do let us know if you're still having trouble. :chuffed:
