Master password only works for windows app

never had a problem with logging in on my phone or computer till I got locked out of the IOS app which then didn't accept my master password and neither did the 1pass website when I attempted to reset my master password. I am still able to access my account on the windows app with the same master password however.

I only have a personal vault and I only remember creating the one master password (never changed it) and my emergency kit matches that password.

First of all, could you please specify what error message you see when you try to sign in to your account at 1Password.com in the browser?

Secondly, I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from 1Password 6 app, which you are able to unlock now. Here is how:

Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com.

Please do not post your Diagnostic Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox. You should receive an automated reply from our BitBot assistant with a Support ID number. Please post that number here so we can track down the report and ensure that this issue is dealt with quickly. :)
