Shotcuts not working

If gone though a lot of the posts, but none of the proposed resolutions help me to fix my shortcut issue.

Not of the CTRL options is working.

Checked the functioning of CTRL
Checked \ is on mapped correctly
reinstalled, rebooted, etc
button in browser works ok

Any suggestions?

@averhoev: When you're saying the "button in browser works ok," do you mean that selecting the Login for the page you're on from mini in your browser will successfully fill? Effectively, the keyboard shortcut is the same behind the scenes. When you use your keyboard shortcut, it sends the same message to 1Password as selecting that Login from mini in your browser. If the extension will fill and the keyboard shortcut will not, most likely another program on your PC is using that keyboard shortcut. Try going to a site you have a Login for in 1Password and using mini from the extension icon to fill rather than the shortcut and let us know if that fills properly. Thanks! :chuffed:

Is it possible that some other program on your computer is using Ctrl + \ shortcut already? What happens when you press Ctrl + Alt + \?

You can also try to change this shortcut in 1Password settings to something non-obvious and check this interference. If the new shortcut works as expected, then our hunch is correct here. Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
