In the process of adding my wife to my family account, how do I change item titles

When I set up my family account, I imported everything from LastPass into a private vault. I'm now sharing the relevant items with my wife in a shared vault, but don't seem to be able to edit the "title" of an item so it makes more sense to her..... Can I do this?

@ajax010: Yep! When you edit the item, you can change its title right at the top:
