1Password won't automatically update to the latest version when locked on a limited user account

Is this normal in Windows 10 and with a limited/standard user account?

    @ttim03: When you say "limited user" do you just mean "non-admin"? If so, the answer is yes and no depending on the version you're using:

    • 1Password 4 requires admin rights to install/update (mostly due to supporting Internet Explorer)
    • 1Password 6 does not require admin rights to install or update

    If you're using 1Password 4, then what you're describing sounds normal. If you're using 1Password 6, however, there's something else going on on your system preventing 1Password from updating normally. Be sure to let me know!

    Yes non-admin sorry

    1Password 6 will not install update automatically. It seem like it tried but no messages came up. Anyway I just installed it manually.
