With 1Password 6.8 released, how are Tags now? [Tag improvements coming soon]

I would like to revamp my Tags but I was waiting for an improvement in 1Password before starting.

I would like clear it all out from my vaults.

Mistakes have been made earlier on with duplicate copies.

My Primary Vault is still listed on the MAC, IOS and Android.

@wkleem: Tags primarily got a visual makeover in 6.8 while we work behind the scenes on advanced tag management. Is there something in particular you're waiting for?

    Hi Brent

I was hoping that with v6.8, Tags will be more Mac like in usage but it doesn't sound like it's ready yet. I still need to clear all tags though.

  • @wkleem i have good news, now that 6.8 is out of the door we are getting next beta update soon and mass tag management is there. ;)

    Thanks. Sergey.

I am on the stable channel, so I won't see the features until they are out of beta.

  • We'll try to do next stable earlier then.

    Thanks!

  • On behalf of Serg, you're welcome.

Just to be clear, it is not a sure thing that tag management will be in the next stable version. We are working on it but it has to pass our tests. Just as 6.8 betas had Security Audit and Custom Icons working but it wasn't ready to make the cut for the 6.8 release.

We're working on this as fast as we can.

It has been brought up before and I would like to state here, in addition to Security Audit an Tags, how about 1PIF export an AgileBits exchange format?

@wkleem: Not sure that will make it into the next release, but it's definitely on our wish list as well. :)
