Errors installing 1Password 6 on a new Windows 10 user
I'm setting up a new Windows user account on Windows 10 with another Microsoft account. I already installed 1Password 6 but I don't find 1Password on the new user Windows so I download the latest 1Password 6 version and install. But when installing the following errors occurred on the new user Windows. Screenshots: http://sanhq.d.pr/ufvxEw I ignored the error and installed. But when I open 1Password the message appeared: http://sanhq.d.pr/Pj3x3 http://sanhq.d.pr/EYPd1D
I logged in back to default user and the following errors occurred and I cannot use 1Password and the following message appeared: http://sanhq.d.pr/6lGE5v http://sanhq.d.pr/viN2FN How can do to use 1Password 6 on multiple Windows 10 users?
N.B. C:\users\nayth is the new user folder and C:\users\naythiha is the default user folder.
1Password Version: 6.7.456
Extension Version: 4.6.12.90 Chrome
OS Version: Windows 10 Pro

Hi there @naythiha,
Thank you for getting in touch!
Do you happen to use any AV/anti-malware software on your computer? If my hunch is correct here, please let us know the name of the program that you are running.
In the meantime, please try to disable your AV software, install 1Password, and switch it back on again. Let us know if it helps. Thank you! :+1:

Hi Greg,
I'm using Kaspersky Anti-Virus. It's okay now as done you suggested.
Thank you,
