Offline Changes not syncing

After automatically upgrading to the latest version (6.8.488), I created several new logins under a specific vault and none of them will sync. I have rebooted the pc and connected to the 1Password site via a browser so there is definitely access to the internet. Is there a way to force sync them?

    My account recently went from a trial to a paid annual subscription. Could this of changed something?

    @boettcherfamily: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble!

    If you quit 1Password completely and then reopen/unlock it, that should force a sync.

    However, we have changed some things in the latest version to better work with proxies, and perhaps that's conflicting with your setup now. Are you using a proxy, firewall, or "security" software on this computer?

    That shouldn't make any difference, but thank you for mentioning it just in case as we investigate this.

    I have disabled all security software and quit completely, ensuring it wasn't running in the system tray. Reopen/unlocked and waited 10 minutes and didn't sync. I am not using any proxy.

    Also, I have accessed this account from an android device before this problem occurred. The android (phone) syncs with the other users updates. Other PC's on account are running Windows 10 and haven't had any issues up to this point. So this is clearly isolated to the one PC running 8.1.

    @boettcherfamily: Thanks for letting me know. We've been investigating this, and believe it is related to some of the changes we made to improve proxy support, having an undesirable effect on some systems. I'm sorry about that. :(

    I'd like you to generate a diagnostic report so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:

    Please send it to support@agilebits.com Let me know once you've sent it. Once we see it we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

    Completely signing out and back in seemed to correct the issue for now. I did lose all of the "offline changes" in the process.

  • @boettcherfamily: Eep! Yea, signing out and back in with unsynched changes will cause you to lose anything stored locally. I'm sorry! :blush: We probably should mention these sorts of things as it's something folks will try to get things synced up.

    As brenty mentioned, this is an issue we're still investigating at the moment. Hopefully you're all set no, but if you run into this problem again, you can sign in via your browser and edit the changed items there before signing out and back in again to preserve them and use the info in your app as a reference. :+1:

  • Hi guys,

    @bundtkate, we do:

    We've shipped an update today to help address some of the reported sync issues.
