I have purchased and love 1pwd. My PC had to be reformatted and I'm trying to install it again. It doesn't let me log into without the above and I don't have a '1Pwd' acct.

Hi @Karla,

Thanks for writing in.

You may have installed 1Password 6 instead of 1Password 4. 1Password 6 does not yet support standalone vaults/licensing but it is coming soon in 1Password 7.

For now, uninstall 1Password 6 and install 1Password 4 from here: https://agilebits.com/downloads
