Rich Icons [Submission Website]

I'd like to suggest that 1Password create a micro-site through which users can submit websites that are in need of rich icons. It'd reduce the need to create New Discussions and your team would have a direct workflow of requests.

I'd like to ask that the following websites be added:

Thanks for the suggestion.

Right now, we monitor the top 1000 missing requests that hits our image service and update from the top down, that allows us to reach most of the users. Once we finished the batch, we move to the next 1000 top missing requests.

I'll pass on your list but we aren't actively asking for this yet. When we don't have so much missing requests, we'd look at your idea as a way to offer refreshing the icons. One idea we had was an public Git repo that allows web devs to submit PR to update the icons.

A Git repo would be a nice idea but even better would be some type of automation. The current setup seems really labour intensive for you guys.

In an ideal world there'd be a vector image stored on the root of each website (like FAVICO) which could be used and resized by password managers.

Yep, we could also request from iTunes, Microsoft Store, Google Play Store, check for sites' apple touch, windows live tile, etc. There are more sources that we can try that we didn't have back when we started Rich Icons. We've been really busy with other projects but we hope to revisit Rich Icons to bring it up another level.

I was searching for a topic to explain why some of my entries in 1Pass have Rich Icons and some don't. Most of my software license entries have Rich Icons, but two that don't are: Adpeeps (www.adpeeps.com) and also "Memory Clean 3" www.fiplab.com

Hi,

What are the options for a small firm such as ours to get https://www.sarasinreports.co.uk added to the rich icon list - we have no chance of making the top 1000 or for that matter the next 1000 but our users do have a need.

I've passed on your request to our team but no promises. For now, this is the only option, to let us know and we'll add it to our list. We will work adding a site for everyone to submit a request.

For now, just make sure your site has a great image file that we can use.
