I have the updated version on the PC and IPad is on automatic update. So I don't know what's wrong.

Thanks for writing in.

If you sign in to your 1Password account via https://my.1Password.com using Firefox or Chrome on your PC, which device appears to be out of sync with the website, your PC or your iPad? Try to make a tiny change on the website and see which picked up your changes.
