Firefox plugin grayed out
I just recently got 1Password. I have version 6.8.492 of the Windows app, and the Firefox plugin on Firefox 57.0.4.
At first, everything was working properly. I could use the plugin to fill in my login info on many different web sites - everything worked great.
Then, yesterday, the Firefox plugin stopped working. The 1Password icon on the toolbar is grayed out and doesn't repond. I've tried restarting both 1Password and Firefox but that didn't help. Neither did rebooting the PC.
What can I do?

Hi @julesd,
Thanks for writing in.
It is unusual for it to stop working out of nowhere. Did you have Windows update installed yesterday maybe?
Try this: open the main 1Password 6 app, unlock, go to the 1Password Menu > Settings. In Settings, go to the Advanced tab and on the bottom, check the box next to Enable Native Messaging for Firefox if it is not checked.
After that, restart Firefox and see if 1Password works now.

Last windows update was installed Jan 1. There was a power outage, during which the UPS put the PC into hibernation. I thought that might be the issue, but a reboot didn't fix it.
Both native messaging options have always been checked.
