I cant log in

Your site says :

"You have a Secret Key if you have a 1Password membership, or if you belong to a family or team account.

If you purchased 1Password as a standalone app without a membership, then you don’t have a Secret Key, and you don’t need to sign in when you open the app. To register the Mac or Windows app, look up your license."

I am using the free version and I keep being asked to enter the secret key on my laptop where on my 2 desktops everything works fine
Also on my laptop the extension can not run as it is looking for the 1password helper

Can I get some help on this?

    I am sorry for the troubles and the confusion with 1Password!

    There is a no free version of 1Password, so I am not sure which version you are using at the moment. To get a better idea of your current setup, I would like to ask you for a diagnostics report from one of your desktops – it will help us in this situation.
