EDGE and 1P ......where are we now??
I downloaded the Edge 1P browser extension and it looks good but it doesn't work. I click it and 'nada, zip, nix, nothing'.
Can you tell me how to make it work.

Thank you for getting in touch! I am sorry for the confusion, let me try to explain everything.
The thing is that the existing version of 1Password extension for Microsoft Edge, which you downloaded from Microsoft Store, does not work with 1Password 4 for Windows, it requires 1Password 6.7 for Windows (or higher) and 1Password membership account. 1Password accounts have some benefits over local vaults and you can learn more about them in this article on our website:

However, if you prefer local vaults and standalone licenses, please stay tuned for 1Password 7 for Windows, which will support both 1Password extension for Edge and local vaults.
