No Emergency kit, account url, or secret key for Password 6 Windows. Need to re-install on upgrade.

CPU upgraded to Lenovo with Windows 7 from HP, previously running family version of 1 Password, currently running on my home iMac and iphone. In trying to re-install on my Windows 7, asked for signon on URL, secret key or Emergency Kit. Have had 1 Password for years and have continuously upgraded, so can't seem to access any of this information. How can I re-install for Windows?

    Thanks for writing in.

    If you are using your 1Password.com account on your Mac or iOS device, you can get that information on the said devices. Here's how: https://support.1password.com/secret-key/

    Note, it is possible you may not be using a 1Password.com subscription but using a standalone vault that you're manually syncing via Dropbox or iCloud. You should be able to easily check by opening 1Password on your Mac and go to the 1Password Menu > Preferences > Sync, it should show the standalone vaults on the left with the sync option the right. If you do see them, these are standalone vaults, not part of your 1Password account.
