Extension for chrome that was synced by browser could not find helper

Hi.

I've installed 1password desktop on New PC with win10.
Launched chrome and it synced all my extension. 1password is one of it.
Now when I click 1password button in Chrome I get a popup about connection to desktop that fails and could not find Helper.

I've tried to use button from App to install extension again -- nothing helped.
I've tried to restart browser and App -- same thing.

Only when I've deleted browser-extensions and installed it again now it works.

Looks like some bug.

    @Alexeus: Which version of the 1Password Windows app are you using? It sounds like you either don't have it installed, it isn't running, or some other software is interfering — preventing it from communicating with the Helper. Let me know what you find! :)
