1Password for windows keeps crashing. I tried reinstalling it, didn't work. I have no access to passwords. Windows 10 operating system

I am sorry to hear you are having troubles with 1Password on your Windows PC!
First of all, could you please specify the version of Microsoft .NET Framework that you have on your computer?
Secondly, please create a Diagnostics Report from your PC, so we could take a closer look at what is going on. Attach the Diagnostics Report to an email message addressed to support+windows@agilebits.com. Please do not post your Diagnostic Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your report in our inbox.

i have net framework 4.0 in installed. I am unable to generate a diagnostic report as the program does not allow me to start it . a window comes up to close the program.

@mitch1000: .NET Framework 4.0 is quite outdated. Please try to install 4.7.1 from here, reboot your PC, and let us know if the issue remains after that. Thank you!
