"Offline Changes" causes items in the left-hand list to jump
This isn't new to 1Password v7, but it's an annoyance nonetheless.
I find it very visually distracting when the "Offline Changes" appears, shifting everything below down for a few moments and then a second jump as it all moves up again.
At the same time, I believe that having this information available is important. I'd like to request that the "Offline Changes" line appear at the very bottom of the list instead, below the Categories/Tags/Security section completely, such that it won't shift any items, and at most will cause a scrollbar to appear.

Thanks for the suggestion, I totally agree, it is a bit distracting and we had this as a bug since we added this feature. We’re looking into redesigning this concept as a whole. We also have Sync Errors that isn’t used often but needs to be redesigned along with Offline Changes.
We do have plans to pin Trash to the bottom of the sidebar, so we may look into your idea as well to pin both Offline Changes/Sync Errors above or below Trash depending on what our designer thinks.

If Trash is pinned, Offline Changes should appear above to avoid moving Trash around. Or, if Trash is still left-aligned, the offline entry could overlay over trash in a 50/50 split (hiding the item count but not moving anything).
Another thought would be to only display this item at all when an item is 5 seconds old, which would provide useful information when offline, but when online with reasonable connectivity it would essentially never be seen.
