thanks for the quick reply but that did not work -- 1Password V4.6.2.626 - Firefox was downloaded today
Windows 10.

@mbesb -- can you check for us what version of .NET you have installed, and also please uninstall the 1Password extension in Firefox, restart your PC, then download a fresh copy of the 1Password extension for Firefox, and let us know if that works for you.
