I think this would be a question for any version of 1PW. Is there any way to list what email is used with which account? I'd like to know what might have generated some possibly suspect emails. Is possible?

    While we have a Duplicated Passwords feature in 1Password, we do not have the same for email addresses that you used in your items. You can try to use Search in 1Password 4 (All Fields) to find the email address in question among your items, here is how:
