1PV7 not picking up all windows for Auto-Type

When I bring up 1P Mini globally (Ctrl + Alt + \) it doesn't pickup all open windows available to type into.

Not sure the correct term for the type of window but it seems to be popup type windows that don't have the normal window controls. Specifically I'm looking at OpenVPN Connect and Cisco AnyConnect. I usually just copy it at paste at this point but I'd prefer to not have it on the clipboard since I also use a clipboard manager (CopyQ).

Is this a bug or a known limitation? Either way, it would be a nice to have for my workflow.

@kshaner it's temporary limitation, otherwise it picks up all closed or hidden windows from UWP apps, they are reporting as "popup" and "visible". We are looking into better ways to distinguish them.

@SergeyTheAgile, Just to clarify these aren't UWP apps. They're normal win32.

@kshaner: Thanks for clarifying. We'll see if we can figure out what they're doing there to make these windows un focusable to work around it.
