Browser Plugin Master Password Focus

It looks like neither FF or Chrome's plugins take focus when you click on them and you get the dropdown/prompt for master password, and then need to enter your master password. I could have sworn this used to be automatic and you would be 'in the right field' (version 4). Is this not possible with the new version?

@leesweet: Thanks for getting in touch. That shouldn't happen, and we cannot reproduce it ourselves, but a handful of other users have reported this within the past year or so. What's interesting though, is that I believe they were all experiencing this issue only in Chrome. Are you certain it happens with Firefox too? Do you have other apps running at the time which might be interfering with Windows normal window focus behaviour. It isn't something we can control directly, but w'ed like to find a workaround if we can. Windows tries to keep other windows on top even when a new one is opened if it thinks you're interacting with it. Does this happen only using the keyboard shortcut, clicking the notification icon, or clicking the browser toolbar icon? Thanks!

It’s definitely FF and Chrome. I’ve only tried clicking on the plugin icon. Tried it several times to be sure with both.

I’ve not tried the keyboard shortcut, can do so.

@leesweet: Thanks so much for that! Let me know when you have a chance. That may help narrow down the cause. :)
