just signed up for and installed 1password. can seem to make it work and need help or cancel
not sure if I downloaded it right . I see the extension on my browser but it doesn't load any passwords either from saved sites or from logging in. I need some better information than I can find anywhere. is it possible to talk to anyone anywhere?

To be clear, if you haven't yet saved anything in 1Password, that would explain why you don't see anything in the extension and can't use it to fill login credentials. Without knowing anything about what you're using or the steps you're taking and where you're getting stuck, I can't really offer specifics, but definitely take a look at this guide to get started:
