1PW7 & 1PW4
there seems to be problem in converting folders to tags.
one of the folder or TAG name in 1pw4 is in CAPS and 1PW7 has that tag in the list in CAPS and also it copied it in lower case as well.
other thing is password field in 1PW7 in certain logins have duplicated password field, its not the case in 1PW4 i cannot see duplicate field.

@sidhu: It sounds like you had two different tags originally then —
TIECO
andTieco
— but they were perhaps displayed together in an older version that didn't support case-sensitivity. These should be separate, though you can update those items to match under a single tag if you wish. The password thing is weird though. Do you happen to know how and where you originally created that item — version, and using the browser extension or by hand? I suspect there may have been additional fields saved from the website that 1Password 7 isn't handling smoothly. Do they contain the same information? Thanks for getting in touch with us about these things!0 -
apologies for not getting back earlier.
I can understand two Labels were result of case-sensitivity.however this two password fields is still, i cannot understand, password was created using web form on 1password for mac.
and some were created using 1password 4 windows.i got a chance to try 1password for mac beta on my mac yesterday, and can say this problem is only on 1 password 7 beta windows only.
1password 4 is fine and 1password 7 beta mac is fine.
please let me know if i can give to some log, without sharing data and how.

Hi @sidhu,
Thanks for reporting this and for helping us with this.
1Password 7 for Windows intentionally does not suppress any duplicates unless it is meant to be suppressed. There are some edge cases that the other 1Password app teams caught but didn't document, so it is expected that extra data would show up until we manually add extra handling for specific kind of duplicates, like this one.
Here's how to email us the structure of that item but review before you send anything:
- Select the said item with two password fields in the main 1Password window and press F12 on your keyboard, this will bring up 1Password Developer Tools window
- In this window, it'll show your item's raw content. Click on Remove personal data blue text on top right to remove your data
- Your data should now be sanitized but make sure that it got all of it. Copy and paste this to send it to us at support+windows@agilebits.com and please include the link to this thread and your forum username, so we can connect the email to this thread.
Thanks!
