Feature request: make it faster and easier to get help
I'd like to suggest that hovering over "Get Help" from the "Help" menu in 1Password leads to 2 sub-menu items to chose from:
- From the Knowledgebase (which takes users to https://support.1password.com/)
- From the Support Forum (which takes users to https://discussions.agilebits.com)
Furthermore, I would also find it very helpful if the "Get Help" menu item was duplicated in 1P mini, when clicking on the cog icon.

@olivierdb - Thanks for the suggestion! We're always looking for ways to improve not just 1Password but also the users' support experience. I see you've started a few threads here on the forum as well as writing in to our email support team multiple times. Let's keep the conversation(s) going via email, if you don't mind. When we have to stop and coordinate responses among multiple people, on multiple issues with someone, it slows the support experience down for everyone, including you.
