can't log into account

I can log into 1password via the website and I can unlock my desktop app's local vault and use the software without trouble, but I can't log into my 1password account in the desktop app. I get this error message: Unable to sign in, please check details provided and your network connection.

My network connection is fine, as I'm sending you this message on the online forum. I'm using the qr code and details provided in my emergency kit.

Please contact my via email. I've tried emailing both support@1password.com and support@agilebits.com on 2/28/18 and 3/26/18 and haven't received a response.

    Thank you for getting in touch!

    1Password 6.1.308d is an old version of 1Password that is no longer supported, so it can't connect to our 1Password.com servers. I have found your email on our side, so we will send the instructions on how to update the app via email as soon as possible. Thank you! :+1:
