Remove other versions of 1Password and only keep 1Password 7

Since I decided to move to 1Password 7, I got /Applications/1Password 6.app and /Applications/1Password 7.app both in my Mac.
How can I delete 1Password 6 and all its companion data meanwhile avoid heart 1Password 7 data?

Simply ensure 1Password 6 is quit fully (by using ⌃⌘Q) then drag and drop the 1Password 6 app to the trash—without using any app cleaner (because that may try to persuade you to delete files you need to keep).

New versions of the 1Password 7 installer will zip up 1Password 6 for you. :)
