Secure Notes 'website is empty'

When I search for an item, in this case Apple, in my screenshot, all the Secure Notes show in the second line website is empty. As there is no website field in Secure Notes I am not sure why this is happening. When I click on the category Secure Notes this line is not there. I don't think this has been reported, and my apologies if it has.

Hi @iamecho

It appears you have the search selector set to sort 'by Website.' These items match your search but cannot be sorted properly by the website field if one doesn't exist. I think this one is working as expected. :) Please try changing the sort to something like title.
