Welcome to the forum, @JSBach! Please, please don't try to run 1Password 7 for Mac beta and 1Password 6 for Mac at the same time. They should not even be installed concurrently, due to potential conflicts. I'm sorry for the trouble with 1Password 7 for Mac beta, but if you had 1Password 6 for Mac installed at the same time, that may very well be part of the problem. If you downloaded and installed 1Password 6 for Mac again after the problems with the new beta, it will likely only make things worse (or at least more complicated).
Can I ask what you want to do now? Would you prefer to stick with 1Password 6 for Mac stable? Or do you want to try returning to (and solving issues with) 1Password 7 for Mac beta? Let us know.

I prefer to stick with 1Password 6 version 6.8.8 (688002) for Mac stable and uninstall 1Password 7 for Mac beta completely.
That's your choice, of course, and if you wish to uninstall 1Password 7 for Mac beta completely, the best way to do so is just to drag the 1Password 7 for Mac app itself to your Mac's trash. Before you do so, quit all running copies of 1Password for Mac, and make sure you verify no 1Password processes are still running by opening Activity Monitor and checking.
Please let me know the moment 1Password 7 works fine without any problem.
I'd like to be able to do this, but not only do we have no tracking system to notify individual users about particular events, there will never be a time when "1Password works without any problem." ALL software has bugs, including the current version of 1Password 6 for Mac that you've reverted to. If you're goal is to wait until a piece of software is "perfect" before you install and use it, you won't have much software on your computer -- and that includes the operating system.
I'm happy to help you solve whatever issues you're having, but "notify me as soon as it's working perfectly" just isn't something that's possible.
