Frozen Menu Bar Drop Down

Menu Bar has frozen. It's highlighted gray continuing without opening the drop down menu. Clicking over and over sometimes helps. Sometimes will not open a web page, either.

Also, the Safari extension is not recognizing web pages most of the time. Even when using the search, it won't fill the field my cursor is in.
