1Password 7 Beta 8 Safari Extension will not copy to web page after unlocking

Using the Safari Extension if 1Password is in a locked state and is unlocked the highlight bar can't move down the list of possible selections.
If I click away from 1Password and re-click the 1Password icon in the safari task bar I can now move the highlight to the entry I want to use.

This seems to happen consistently when unlocking.
