In 1Password 7's locked view where you can see the big lock, try to maximize or restore the window, you'll notice that the lock-down animation is replayed every time you change the window mode (maximized or normal).

  • Hi @agilex,

    Thanks for reporting this.

We're looking into this, we're not sure why Windows is replaying it as we reused the previous method in the last lock view and it didn't had this issue.

No problem @MikeT ! Just a small visual glitch that doesn't really affect the app's functionalities or security, but is nonetheless worth informing the team.

  • Yep, always let us know what you see as there is so many combination of Windows OS, drivers, software, etc that we can't test for all of them in our setups.

    Thanks again.

Hi @MikeT I'd like to report that the little animation bug is not completely fixed in the newly released release candidate version 7.0.553. Try the following steps:

    1. Unlock 1Password, don't maximize the window just yet, then click the lock icon to lock it again.
    2. When 1Password is locked, maximize the app window. You'll see that the lock-down animation will play again.
  • Hi @agilex,

Thanks, we haven't fixed this yet. It won't be in the initial 7.0 release but in a future update.
