Some rich icons missing in b12

A few of my rich icons no longer appear in b12. There's not even a placeholder icon (with initials) or outline, there's just a blank space where the icon should be, both in the list view and item view. A couple that are missing are for https://www.redhat.com and https://www.crutchfield.com. Editing and saving an item does not bring the icon back.

The icons are still present in iOS and on 1Password.com.
